With all the hype of Christmas, I feel like people think that after the holidays, winter is over. But it’s not, people. It’s winter until March. That’s three more months. Three. Here’s what’s on my list for the rest of the season:

I am giving my sister a Christmas package of cupcake baking items. She love to cook meals but not bake. Conversely, I love to bake and not prepare meals. So, when she said she wanted to start baking cupcakes I jumped at the chance to get her a professional cupcake pan, food dye, and decorating bag with tips. I am missing a cookbook. So I ran across your site and thought it would be wonderful to introduce her to the wonderful world of baking with your site.
