Just so I have something to reference in future posts, here’s my buttercream recipe:
- 1 c. (2 sticks) non-dairy margarine
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- Vanilla and almond extracts
- A couple of tablespoons of soy milk (just enough to get the right consistency)
Beat butter until smooth, then add extracts and powdered sugar a cup at a time. Finally, add enough soy milk to get the correct consistency for your purposes.
